Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Trichomoniasis are prevalent sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) that can result in infections in the genitals, rectum, and throat. The transmission of these diseases occurs through engaging in vaginal, anal, or oral intercourse with an infected individual.
Symptoms
There may be instances of discomfort or a sensation of burning during urination. Intercourse may also be accompanied by pain. Additionally, there could be a presence of pus or milky discharge emanating from the penis. In females, there might be a vaginal discharge that appears yellow in color and emits an unpleasant odor.
Treatment
The treatment for trichomoniasis (trich), chlamydia, and gonorrhea usually requires the administration of antibiotics; however, the specific medications and regimens may differ.
